POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Support radiologists, clients, and CORE teammates by monitoring, controlling, and optimizing daily radiology workflow to ensure established deadlines are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, application, and exam-related issues, escalating to IT and operations as needed to support timely reads.
  • Train CORE teammates on radiology applications and workflows, maintaining accurate and accessible CORE documentation.
  • Monitor worklists, analyze workflow metrics, and recommend improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and operational procedures.
  • Remote, U.S.-based position with a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, strong communication skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in radiology, healthcare, or healthcare information technology.
  • Experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk or workflow support environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows, PACS systems, and clinical operations from technologist to radiologist perspective.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and apply creative problem-solving to resolve issues efficiently.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $55,000.00-$65,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
