The opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a Workday Integrations and Agent Developer to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Workday Integrations and Agent Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of integrations with third-party, native applications, and Workday processes, self-built agents, tools, and technology. Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $95,900 - $129,400 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.   • Workday Security and API development, business processes, and integrations
  • Design event-driven intelligent automation agents triggered by Workday transactions, leveraging Workday AI/Extend capabilities
  • Integration Testing and Automation using Continuous Integration

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Workday integration types, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, BIRT, Boomerang integrations, Extend, and Orchestrate
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting, HiredScore, and Paradox frameworks and native integrations
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with business users and vendors to address development issues
  • Ability to effectively triage and track issues through to resolution
  • Passion for delivering high-quality and meaningful results
  • Application development and script automation experience leveraging HCM-delivered APIs
  • Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and APIs
  • Experience with creating HCM workflows and custom connectors
