  • As a Workday Integration Senior Analyst, you should expect to be supported by an Integration Lead or working independently on smaller projects, play an active role in the delivery of a defined set of integrations that meet the clients' business requirements. You will be client facing and have the following responsibilities:
  • Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding.
  • Closely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals.
  • Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.
  • This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location: Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 year of consulting experience, ideally in a Workday Extend developer role.
  • Minimum of 1 years' hands-on Workday Extend experience (or equivalent) with Workday Extend Model Level Components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, Studio, EID, and supporting 3rd party coding.
  • Minimum of 1 years of US and/or Global Workday deployment experience, with preference to relevant Workday Extend/Cloud platform exprience.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience and working knowledge of webservice technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), scripting skills (Javascript, Java, or Python) and broader knowledge of API First Architecture.
  • Experience leading an implementation team, focused on implementing Platform-as-a-Service and/or custom web applications, ideally implementing Workday solutions, Workday Extend within Human Capital Management, Financials, Supply Chain
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years) work experience. If Associate's degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workday Extend Certification and Studio Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Workday Extend lead role
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Extend experience including Workday Extend Model Level Components, PMD scripting, Orchestrations, Studio, EID, and supporting 3rd party coding.
