Job description

Working closely with our clients, consultingprofessionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance.Should have exposure to functional knowledge on HR modules Core HR, Compensation, Time & Labor and Base Benefits.
  • Plan, gather and clearly document the business needs (requirements) of clients and stakeholders using techniques like use cases, wireframes, JAD sessions, current/future state process flows, etc.
  • Design, build and administer integration solutions for the Global Workday HCM Implementation
  • Provide steady-state production support for all the current and future integrations
  • Institutionalize documented production support processes and assist in continuous improvement of the process to align with current IT Governance strategies, policies and principles.
  • Understand and leverage all the Workday Integration tools - Packaged Integrations, Workday studio, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Document Transformation etc.
  • Work with HCM Functional leads for troubleshooting integration issues and resolve the issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage data interfaces with internal/external applications / databases and other vendor applications
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years ofhands on Workday functional, systems integration and/or implementation experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a consulting or technical environment
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills:
  • Workday HCM, Integration or Payroll certification
  • Previous experience with a large professional service organization
  • Strong interest in collaborative work with clients
  • Previous experience in software selection, vendor management
  • Advanced knowledge of XSLT for use in transformations including XPATH
  • Understanding of Workday update processes and how it affects integrations
  • Knowledge in Workday Integration tools - Packaged Integrations, Workday studio, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Document Transformation ,Calculated Fields, and Report Writer
  • Knowledge and experience in Echostar applications and databases such as Active Directory, SAP, Oracle EBS, etc .. would be a huge asset
  • Project management skills
