The Opportunity
As a Workday Implementation Consultant - Core HCM Lead - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to optimize client human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and designing tailored Workday HCM solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications
- Collaborating with clients to enhance talent management and workforce planning strategies
- Managing project budgets and timelines to deliver successful Workday implementations
- Guiding teams in business process improvement and change management initiatives
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for business analysis and process optimization
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address human resources challenges
- Utilizing skills in benefits administration and human resources metrics to support client needs
- Promoting inclusion and diversity within project teams to foster a collaborative work environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree

- At least 8 years of Workday product experience
- Workday Services functional certification(s)

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
