About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plumbing Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support large-scale plumbing projects in hospitals, schools, and commercial facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with plumbing knowledge or construction experience who is ready to grow into a full Project Manager role. Candidates with field experience, internships, or relevant education are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to understand scope of work
  • Assist in estimating labor hours, materials, and project timelines
  • Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors
  • Support scheduling and workflow across multiple job sites
  • Order and track materials to ensure timely project execution
  • Help ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and project updates
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress tracking

  • Background in plumbing, construction, or related field (hands-on, internship, or education)
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or construction drawings
