Job Title: Cut Flower* Wholesale Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
Harold's Wholesales is looking for an enthusiastic Cut Flower Sales Representative to join our St. Louis main store. In this role, you will build lasting B2B relationships with local floral retailers, wedding designers, and event planners, guiding them through our premier selection of fresh cut flowers, blooming plants, and floral supplies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, cultivating strong relationships and driving repeat sales.
  • Order Processing: Handle daily phone, showroom, and online orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Product Consultation: Share expertise on flower varieties, seasonality, pricing, and care instructions to help clients select the right products. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about flowers. The season, trends, and availability are constantly changing, and being the expert is what this job calls for.
  • Showroom & Inventory: Assist with product displays, showroom restocking, and delivery schedule coordination.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer questions, order updates, or product concerns quickly and professionally.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of fresh-cut flowers, floral design, or wholesale operations is preferred (but we will train the right candidate).

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs occasionally.

  • Willingness to work extended hours during major floral holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day and Mother's Day).
