As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture and ensuring HR compliance while balancing business and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on workforce planning and recruitment.
  • Manage benefits processing and payroll accuracy.
  • Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and injury reporting.
  • Facilitate onboarding/offboarding and performance reviews.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage HRIS updates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR files.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
