Program Managers are a critical part of our ability to meet project and program objectives and client business drivers. As a Program Manager, you will:
- Lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver solutions to our client's most pressing business problems
- Manage integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs to ensure maximum performance
- Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Oversee project estimations, staffing and the project deliverables
- Define key project and program-wide roles and responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project and/or program communications
