Job description

About Bizee
Bizee has helped nearly two million entrepreneurs start and run their businesses. Now we are building what comes next: an AI-powered Entrepreneur Operating System that helps founders launch, operate, stay compliant, and grow with less friction and more confidence.
We are expanding how entrepreneurs and businesses access Bizee through Bizee Pro, distribution partners, embedded platform workflows, APIs, and future AI-agent-ready experiences. As these channels grow, we need an experienced operations leader and subject matter expert to help turn new partner and commercial workflows into scalable, reliable operating processes.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to serve as the operational owner and subject matter expert for Bizee Pro, distribution partnerships, and new workflows across entity management, compliance, registered agent, virtual address, and virtual mail.
This role requires both domain expertise and operational transformation experience. The right person understands business formation, entity management, registered agent, annual reports, foreign qualifications, amendments, certificates of good standing, virtual address, virtual mail, USPS 1583, and CMRA-related workflows. They also know how to modernize service delivery operations, reduce manual work, improve customer outcomes, and build scalable processes across teams, tools, and channels.
This person will help Bizee close the gap between what sophisticated professional operators and distribution partners need, what our workflows support today, and what Product, Engineering, Fulfillment, Support, Legal, and Compliance need to build or operationalize next.
This is not a traditional account management role. This is the internal operations leader who makes sure new workflows actually work at scale: who does what, where handoffs happen, what systems are used, what exceptions require review, what compliance rules apply, what documentation is needed, what reporting is required, and how manual work becomes a repeatable process.
What You'll Do
Serve as the Entity and Compliance Operations SME
Act as the internal subject matter expert for business formation, entity management, registered agent, compliance filings, annual reports, foreign qualifications, amendments, certificates of good standing, virtual address, virtual mail, USPS 1583, and CMRA-related workflows. You will help Commercial Growth, Partner Success, Product, Engineering, Fulfillment, Support, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Data understand what is operationally feasible, what requirements must be met, and what needs to be true before a workflow can launch.
Translate Partner and Professional Operator Needs Into Scalable Workflows
Work closely with Partner Success, Product, Engineering, Fulfillment, Support, Legal, and Compliance to identify operational gaps surfaced by Bizee Pro customers, professional firms, and distribution partners. You will translate real partner requirements into scalable workflows, operating rules, and product requirements. Examples include bulk annual report filings, automatic annual report filings for prepaid or opted-in customers, configurable registered agent mail notifications, SOP-specific notification preferences, entity information updates, compliance data validation, document access, and multi-entity workflow management.
The goal is to make sure Bizee can support sophisticated professional operators and high-volume partners without relying on manual work, one-off exceptions, or relationship-driven heroics.
Build and Operationalize New Workflows
Design and document new workflows for Bizee Pro, distribution partnerships, partner portal processes, API-enabled workflows, and future AI-agent-enabled use cases. You will map end-to-end operating processes from partner intake through order submission, fulfillment, status updates, document delivery, billing, reporting, support, and escalation. You will define roles, responsibilities, handoffs, exception paths, SLAs, compliance requirements, and internal ownership for each workflow.
Lead Workflow Modernization and Operational Transformation
Help modernize workflows, tools, engagement channels, and operating processes so Bizee can scale efficiently while improving customer and partner outcomes. You will help embed automation, AI, and workflow technology into operational processes to simplify the user journey, reduce manual effort, eliminate friction, and improve speed, accuracy, and consistency. You will help build a unified operating model that blends technology, process, and frontline empowerment so teams can deliver great customer outcomes while scaling service without sacrificing quality.
Build Scalable Fulfillment Infrastructure
Support Bizee's move toward a more digitized, national fulfillment infrastructure across formation, registered agent, compliance filings, virtual address, virtual mail, and distribution partner workflows. You will identify where fulfillment processes are too manual, fragmented, or dependent on tribal knowledge, then help convert them into repeatable workflows, tools, playbooks, and operating controls.
Support Launch Readiness for Partner and Commercial Workflows
Partner cross-functionally to prepare new workflows for launch. You will ensure each new partner or workflow has clear operational requirements, documented handoffs, reporting needs, support paths, escalation owners, compliance checkpoints, and customer notification rules. You will identify operational risks, gaps, dependencies, and manual work before they impact partners or customers.
Own Process Documentation and Operating Playbooks
Create and maintain process documentation, workflow maps, SOPs, exception paths, support guides, escalation rules, and internal operating playbooks. You will ensure internal teams know what to do, who owns each step, what systems to use, when to escalate, and how to resolve exceptions.
Improve Process, Systems, and Tooling
Identify recurring operational friction and convert it into process improvements, tooling requests, product requirements, automation opportunities, or reporting needs. You will work with Product and Engineering to improve internal tools, partner portal workflows, reporting, status visibility, document access, billing workflows, notification preferences, compliance controls, entity data management, and operational visibility.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, fulfillment operations, partner operations, compliance operations, entity management, business formation operations, registered agent operations, implementation operations, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Strong working knowledge of business formation, entity management, annual reports, foreign qualifications, amendments, certificates of good standing, registered agent services, virtual address, virtual mail, USPS 1583, and CMRA-related workflows.
  • Experience leading operational transformation in a high-scale service delivery environment, including modernizing workflows, tools, engagement channels, and operating processes.
  • Experience using automation, AI, or workflow technology to reduce friction, simplify the user journey, improve speed, and increase operational consistency.
  • Experience scaling fulfillment, support, or service delivery operations across national or multi-jurisdictional workflows.
  • Experience supporting B2B, professional, partner, distribution, or platform channels.
  • Strong ability to map, document, and improve complex workflows across multiple teams, systems, products, and service requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create clear documentation, playbooks, SOPs, launch-readiness materials, and executive updates.
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and comfort building process from scratch.
  • This role includes periodic travel to Bizee office locations, partner sites, and fulfillment centers to support onboarding, operational launches, process validation, and in-person training. As Bizee scales its distribution and compliance workflows nationally, this leader will play an important role in ensuring new processes are adopted correctly, working as designed, and delivering durable operational improvements across teams and locations.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with CRM systems, ticketing systems, partner portals, internal tools, reporting dashboards, workflow automation tools, or operational analytics.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, partner launches, workflow migrations, or operational transformation.
  • Familiarity with legal services, tax/compliance operations, virtual office operations, document operations, billing operations, or customer support operations.
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to improve internal tooling, partner workflows, reporting, status visibility, document access, billing workflows, or operational controls.
What Success Looks Like
In Your First 90 Days
  • You understand Bizee Pro, partner portal workflows, API-enabled workflows, formation operations, registered agent workflows, compliance filings, virtual address, virtual mail, CMRA-related processes, support paths, billing processes, and current operational gaps.
  • You have mapped current-state workflows for active distribution partners and Bizee Pro.
  • You have identified the highest-priority workflow gaps for Bizee Pro and professional operator customers, including bulk annual report filings, automatic annual report workflows, registered agent mail notifications, SOP handling, entity information updates, document access, and compliance workflow visibility.
  • You have translated those gaps into clear operating requirements, product requirements, owners, risks, and launch-readiness criteria.
  • You have started documenting the highest-priority workflows, exception paths, and launch-readiness requirements.

In Your First 6 Months
  • New partner and Bizee Pro workflows have documented operating playbooks, handoffs, support paths, compliance checkpoints, notification rules, and escalation processes.
  • Launch-readiness checklists are in place for new distribution partner workflows.
  • Recurring issues are being tracked, prioritized, and converted into process, tooling, product, automation, or documentation improvements.
  • Manual work and operational ambiguity are decreasing as partner volume grows.
  • Bizee has a clearer operating model for supporting high-volume professional operators, distribution partners, and multi-entity customers.
  • Bizee has a scalable operating model for Bizee Pro, distribution partnerships, formation, entity management, compliance, registered agent, virtual address, and virtual mail workflows.
  • New workflows can be launched without every partner requiring a bespoke internal process.
  • Operational defects, escalations, handoff confusion, and compliance misses are reduced.
  • Bizee can better support bulk filings, automated compliance workflows, configurable notifications, accurate entity data, and multi-entity management at scale.
  • Bizee is making measurable progress toward a more digitized, national fulfillment infrastructure.
Why This Role Matters
Bizee's distribution and professional channels are growing quickly. To scale them well, we need more than sales and relationship management. We need strong operating infrastructure and deep domain expertise behind the scenes.
This role will help turn new partner demand into reliable workflows that can scale. The right person will help Bizee reduce manual work, improve partner and customer experience, create operational clarity, reduce compliance risk, and modernize how formation, compliance, registered agent, virtual address, and virtual mail services are delivered nationally.
