Job description

Overview

PROGRAM MANAGER (ELMS):

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support our upcoming proposal effort for the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) contract in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in Tampa, FL. The Program Manager will provide leadership to Project Leads and support personnel in managing all operational aspects, including program execution, growth, and risks management.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee all government requirements as specified within the performance work statement and as applicable to audit requirements
  • Review tasks to ensure they are within the scope of the contract
  • Distribute all work assigned the Contractor team via the contractor Technical Team Management Support
  • Review deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance of the task(s)
  • Ensure the training of all contractor personnel
  • Review weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs). 
  • Serve as the main Point of Contract (POC) for all contractor personnel
  • Provide Status Reports on property management transactions, deliverables and other tasks as outlined in the performance work statement
  • Other Duties as assigned 
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in any Business-related field or any bachelors degree and additional five (5) years in DoD organizations, as military or government civilian or similarly situated government or commercial organization.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or LogisticsMinimum five (5) years Program/Project Management experience
  • Certified as Program/Project Management Professional (PMP) or **DAWIA Level III PM certification or additional 5 years' (total of 10 years) Program/Project Management experience on a DoD contract.
  • DAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Targeted salary range is $142,000 to $158,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds or more on occasion.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time.
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
