Job description

What's Nxt Level about?
We are a team of bad a** recruiters. We are headhunters. We are specialists in recruiting top talent in technology. We work with some of the best technology startups in the world.
What's the purpose of this role:
We are actively looking for a Recruiter to join our team. At Nxt Level, a recruiter is in a hunting position. They will partner with our Account Executives to deliver on customer expectations and create raving fans. We are looking for someone that has a sense of urgency and is passionate about delivery fast. In this role, there's constant change with new customers, new positions, and new domains. Therefore, it's important that someone loves being in a fast paced environment that requires continued learning to find the right candidates for unique niche domains.
So, what are the ingredients to be successful in this role?
  1. Be a true hunter. Have a "do whatever it takes," attitude to win as a partner. You know that it takes effort, persistence, and patience to win. You know that cold-calling is your greatest strength.
  2. Never back down attitude. "Not my job" makes you shiver. "I can do it" is your motto. You enjoy building and being a part of an elite team. You don't accept defeat, you thrive in it. You juggle multiple hats and thrive in organized chaos.
  3. You're a natural born leader. You lead by example, inspire the team, and you are autonomous. You innately work hard and proactively take initiative. You volunteer new ideas and push the team to do better. You have fun with everything you do, even when it gets stressful. Your positive attitude is contagious both internally and externally.
  4. Learning something new every day is crucial. You need to be constantly learning, growing, and adding a new skill under your belt.
  5. Believe in yourself. You are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine.
  6. Consistency is everything. You understand that consistency is more important than short term achievement. The hardest part of being a strong sales person is learning how to be consistent, reliable, and persistent.

What Nxt Level Employees Do Daily:
  • Grow: constantly building new relationships and maintaining existing relationships for future success. Candidate experience matters.
  • Results Driven: We understand that everything we do is results driven. We push ourselves every day for ourselves and our clients.
  • Team Oriented: We understand that we are as strong as our weakest link. We push each other and understand that communication is key. We are working together to deliver results for our clients. No question is a dumb question.
  • Call, coffee, campaign: embrace the get stuff done mentality. You are willing to cold call, consistently set new meetings, and compose elaborate email campaigns to generate Sales! You're not afraid of doing whatever it takes to get someone to talk to you.
