Weekend Receptionist

We're looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented receptionist who thrives in a people-first environment and takes pride in creating a seamless, elevated experience for every resident and guest. The Weekend Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and professional front-desk operations during weekend hours 8:00am-4:30pm. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a welcoming and organized environment.

The Weekend Receptionist is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries efficiently to support overall business operations. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities to maintain a positive impression of the organization. Ultimately, the Weekend Receptionist contributes to a seamless visitor experience and supports internal teams by managing administrative tasks during weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a corporate or professional office environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and visitor management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations related to office environments.
  • Additional language skills to assist a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:
