Multi-Venue Concessions Operations Manager (Live Events)
Location: Denver, Colorado
Salary: $70,000

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee high-volume food concession operations across multiple major entertainment venues. This role is responsible for staffing, food safety compliance, event execution, inventory coordination, and operational consistency during live concerts, festivals, and large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food concession operations across multiple event venues
  • Lead, schedule, and support a team of approximately 30 employees
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
  • Oversee high-volume food production and service during live events
  • Coordinate inventory, equipment, and product movement between venues
  • Maintain operational standards while working with venue partners and contractors
  • Provide strong leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Qualifications:

  • Multi-unit, multi-venue, restaurant, concessions, or live event operations management experience
