Position: Receptionist

Location: St. Petersburg


Job Description:

The Weekend Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment within the assisted living community. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting daily operations and maintaining security protocols during weekend hours.


Responsibilities:

- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries

- Monitor building access and follow all safety and security procedures

- Maintain visitor logs and manage package deliveries

- Assist residents with general requests and communicate needs to appropriate staff

- Support coordination of weekend activities and services as needed

- Perform light administrative duties, including documentation and reporting

- Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies or urgent situations, following established procedures


Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer proficiency
