Front Desk Concierge

Join the Meadow Falls of Bath Team!

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents and staff. As a Front Desk Concierge at Meadow Falls of Bath, you will be the first point of contact for our community, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for a wonderful experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, families, and guests, and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere

  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle mail and packages, and respond to inquiries

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident contact information and communication

  • Coordinate appointments, events, and activities, and assist with scheduling and logistics

  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members as needed

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our community's policies, procedures, and services

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education or training in a related field preferred

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
