Job Summary

As a Banquet Houseperson, you are the behind-the-scenes creator of experiences that leave lasting impressions. Every setup, every detail, and every reset you prepare sets the stage for connection, celebration, and memorable moments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, break down, and maintain banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders and guest specifications.
  • Arrange tables, chairs, linens, stages, dance floors, and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of event spaces before, during, and after functions.
  • Assist banquet servers and captains by replenishing supplies, refreshing setups, and supporting guest needs.
  • Safely move, lift, and store banquet furniture, equipment, and dรฉcor in designated areas.
  • Maintain organization of storage areas and care for banquet equipment to extend its lifespan.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team member requests, embodying the spirit of Unscripted Hospitality.
  • Work collaboratively with the Banquet Captain, Culinary team, and Event Managers to ensure seamless execution of functions.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all banquet areas.

Who You Are
  • A reliable and hard-working team player who takes pride in creating flawless setups.
  • Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on presentation and efficiency.
  • Positive, cooperative, and ready to support your team wherever needed.
  • Previous banquet, event, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
