Summary

The Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting firm practice leaders and lawyers, C-suite, and other marketing team members to support all aspects of the firm's webinars and similar marketing activities focused on showcasing the firm's thought leadership and brand differentiators in the marketplace. This role will be responsible for webinar intake, planning, promotion, and execution. This position requires an agile self-starter with accomplished critical thinking skills and can demonstrate excellent attention to detail. To be successful in this role, this position can prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment. As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you would drive operational excellence and collaboration throughout the MBD department in support of firm priorities. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to execute tactically complex, cross-department and interdepartmental initiatives that require strategic coordination and collaboration.
Location

This position can sit in our Chicago, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Philadelphia, Phoenix, or Raleigh office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities

  • Serves as a liaison for webinar support; this includes, but is not limited to, serving as the primary point of contact to drive webinar execution by joining planning calls, drafting electronic invites, scheduling tech runs, coordinating email schedules, requesting CLE credits, attending webinars, and keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines, anticipate client needs, and proactively troubleshoot to deliver accurate and valuable services on time.

  • Provides support to the firm's webinar programs by using strong organizational skills and exhibiting strong attention to detail, including crossfunctional coordination for logo placements, branded content creation, and presence during webinars.

  • Ability to utilize company resources to complete tasks.

  • Assists in compiling presentations, key metrics, and reports for leadership.

  • Utilizes ServiceNow to track workflow; InterAction and MS Dynamics for CRM; and the Zoom webinar platform.

  • Assists with daytoday requests such as bio updates, reports, and research in accordance with SLA turnaround times.

  • Actively participates in lawyer meetings as requested or appropriate.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills

Have working knowledge of webinar operations and marketing. Must know how to do and manage firm webinars. Proficient in working with Zoom or other webinar platforms. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. Excellent project management and organization skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict and moving deadlines. Confident with the ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts as well as practice and firm leaders. Have the ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, particularly CoPilot.
Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

Minimum Years of Experience

  • 3 years' experience in marketing and/or business development in a law firm or business professional environment. Webinar and project management experience required.

The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $34.08 - $48.74 per hourdepending on the candidate's geographic market location.Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws.
