This role will oversee both HCP and direct-to-consumer advertising efforts, while leading a high-performing marketing team focused on positioning Daxxify as a leader in innovative injectable treatments. The ideal candidate is a visionary and collaborative leader with deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer marketing, and cross-functional partnership, capable of aligning marketing initiatives with evolving market trends and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive direct-to-consumer marketing strategy that supports brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial objectives for Daxxify.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all consumer and HCP touchpoints, ensuring alignment in messaging, creative, and visual branding.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative advertising campaigns designed to resonate with target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Oversee integrated marketing efforts across digital, social, television, and traditional media channels to maximize consumer reach and engagement.
  • Oversee campaign strategy, creative development, production collaboration, and media execution to effectively communicate the benefits of Daxxify.
  • Oversee social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media and consumer trends, adapting strategies and campaigns to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, brand performance, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Utilize data analytics and consumer insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and business objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to support successful campaign execution.
  • Develop consumer education initiatives and engagement strategies that enhance brand loyalty and increase awareness of Daxxify’s benefits and safety profile.
Basic Qualifications: (recruiter to advise)
  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Injectable Aesthetics
  • Experience launching D2C TV consumer campaigns
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on aesthetic products, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics industry.
  • Proven track record of successful direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, particularly in TV and social media.
  • 5+ years of VP leadership experience managing high-performing marketing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong medical marketing background to help shape and inform HCP content development around data and injection training
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success driving brand growth, market share expansion, and commercial performance.
  • Proven experience leading injectable, aesthetic, dermatology, or medical device brands, including product launch execution and lifecycle management.
