EOS Data Analytics is a global provider of satellite data and intelligence that bridges the gap between raw orbital data and the business decisions you need to make.

While operating the EOS SAT-1 satellite alongside 20+ partner constellations, we focus on what matters on the ground. Our proprietary AI algorithms transform vast amounts of imagery into clear visualizations and data-to-decision reports, ensuring you get the exact insights rather than raw pixels. We serve industries such as agriculture, forestry, energy, infrastructure, Oil & Gas and others.

EOS Data Analytics is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to take ownership of scaling the companyโ€™s global commercial function. This is a leadership role for someone who can operate with complex B2B products (data / SaaS / analytics) and successfully close large international deals with enterprise and institutional clients.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership or commercial strategy within agriculture technology, Earth observation, geospatial analytics, monitoring solutions, or other data-driven industries.

Proven track record of building and scaling revenue in international markets.

Experience selling data platforms, monitoring systems, analytics solutions, or SaaS products to enterprise, governmental, or institutional clients.

Strong understanding of agriculture, land monitoring, environmental monitoring, or infrastructure monitoring markets.

Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing strategic deals.

Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.

Fluent English.

Own the global revenue strategy and drive scalable sales growth across priority markets.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for agriculture, monitoring, and data-driven solutions.

Build and lead a modern Sales organization, ensuring predictable pipeline generation and deal execution.

Expand the companyโ€™s presence in agro, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure monitoring markets.

Lead complex enterprise and institutional deals, including negotiations with strategic partners and key customers.

Establish and develop long-term partnerships with industry players, agribusinesses, and institutional clients.

Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align commercial strategy with market needs and product development.
