With millions of square feet of leasable space across mostly Ohio, but select properties in Michigan, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, and South Carolina, Promanco is a dynamic organization that manages everything from industrial and commercial properties to residential and agricultural developments.


???? What We're Looking For:

A strategic leader with a proven track record in real estate development, acquisitions, and portfolio management. Ideal candidates will bring experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or finance, and have a strong understanding of leasing, design, legal, and operations.

  • Leading sales and marketing efforts across revenue centers
  • Building and mentoring high-performing teams
