How You'll Make an Impact
In this role, you will plan, develop, and manage global learning initiatives that enable employees to grow and perform at their best. You will assess training needs, design innovative learning solutions, and measure effectiveness to ensure training investments deliver meaningful results. Your work will directly support employee development, leadership readiness, and long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage global learning and development programs across the organization
  • Conduct individual and organizational training needs assessments
  • Design, implement, and maintain training plans, curricula, and learning paths aligned with business objectives
  • Develop engaging learning materials, including instructor-led, virtual, and digital content
  • Stay current on learning trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external training vendors
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes
  • Prepare and present insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure training programs comply with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Support continuous improvement of learning initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience focused in implementing and coordinating training for a ERP (SAP or Oracle), HCM (SuccessFactors, UKG, Workday, ADP) or enterprise system.
  • Proven experience administering learning and development, training, or organizational development
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading training programs or initiatives
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and evaluating program effectiveness
  • Experience working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors

Preferred Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training impact and ROI
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), including UKG and SAP

Work Environment & Travel
  • Typical office environment with hybrid flexibility
  • Up to 15% domestic travel and 5% international travel
