Junior Account Manager

Location: Plano, Tx

Our platform empowers ministries with immersive curriculum experiences through Orange content and the Amazing Kids library, helping churches disciple families in ways that are seamless, engaging, and transformational.

As a Junior Account Manager, your role is to be the first point of connection for new church partners. Your main goal: generate and schedule sales appointments for our Account Executive team. By sparking conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings, you’ll be fueling the pipeline that drives Amazing Life’s growth and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to potential church partners through calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine fit for the Amazing Life platform
  • Book and schedule highquality appointments for Account Executives
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless handoff of opportunities
  • Track activity, conversations, and progress in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experiment with outreach messaging and approaches to improve engagement
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly appointmentsetting goals
  • What You Bring
  • 02 years of sales, business development, or customerfacing experience (internships and entrylevel welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and personable both in writing and speaking
  • Resilience and motivation—you’re not afraid of rejection and stay driven to succeed
