Role Overview
The Vice President of eCommerce is responsible for owning and scaling FXI's eCommerce business, with full accountability for strategy, revenue, profitability, and execution across digital channels. This role will lead the development and expansion of FXI's eCommerce platform, while building the operating model, capabilities, and roadmap required for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Own the end-to-end eCommerce strategy, including channel prioritization, growth targets, and investment roadmap.
โ€ข Drive revenue growth, margin performance, and operating discipline with full P&L accountability.
โ€ข Lead Amazon and Wayfair channel strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
โ€ข Partner with Product and Innovation to define eCommerce-optimized assortments and launch plans.
โ€ข Oversee eCommerce marketing, media, and conversion strategy with a focus on ROI.
โ€ข Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team and operating cadence.
โ€ข Ensure operational excellence across inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience.
  • Develop and optimize D2C digital marketing strategy across all online channels
  • Develop 3-5 year digital commerce vision and roadmap
  • Partner with Supply Chain on inventory, pricing, fulfillment, and logistics

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a closely related discipline
  • 10+ years in eCommerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel retail in a PE backed environment.
  • Proven ownership of P&L and growth strategy in complex organizations.
  • Deep experience with marketplace platforms and both 1P and 3P models. (Amazon and/or Wayfair).
  • Track record managing complex multi-platform eCommerce projects
