Senior Vice President, Commercial Growth

Remote | United States
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Travel Required: Across the U.S., as needed

Securitas is seeking an accomplished, commercially driven executive to join our leadership team as Senior Vice President, Commercial Growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for accelerating growth across one of North America's largest security services organizations. Working closely with Senior leadership, you will help identify, pursue, win, and expand relationships with large, complex clients while strengthening commercial performance across the business.

We're looking for a leader who thrives in the field, enjoys engaging directly with clients and prospects, and can translate strategy into measurable business results. The ideal candidate combines commercial expertise, executive presence, market insight, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

This position is fully remote and requires residence near a major airport to support travel and client engagement throughout the United States.

What You'll Do

Drive Strategic Growth

  • Partner with senior leadership teams to execute growth strategies that expand market share and revenue.
  • Identify and support strategic opportunities with large, complex, multi-location clients.
  • Strengthen commercial execution, pipeline management, and sales effectiveness across regions.
  • Coach and influence leaders and business development teams to improve performance and results.

Lead Executive Client Engagement

  • Serve as a visible and trusted executive partner to current and prospective clients.
  • Participate in key client presentations, strategic pursuits, negotiations, and executive business reviews.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Support customer retention and expansion strategies to drive long-term growth.

Advance Commercial Excellence

  • Establish and implement best practices that enhance commercial effectiveness and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, tools, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
  • Drive adoption of proven methodologies that improve customer outcomes and business performance.
  • Collaborate across functions to create a seamless customer experience.

Leverage Data to Inform Decisions

  • Utilize market, customer, and business data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Apply strong commercial and market insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance measurement.
  • Champion a data-driven culture focused on accountability and results.

Influence Across a Matrixed Organization

  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Build alignment and drive execution without direct authority.
  • Operate independently while fostering strong collaboration across the enterprise.
  • Serve as a visible advocate for growth, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
