We are currently seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales. This role is responsible for the effective and successful management and will include setting the strategic direction and developing unique initiatives while leading a team of high level professionals to achieve established operational, financial and business performance goals resulting in the growth and development of a profitable business.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Direct and coordinate all aspects of the sales plan by account to fulfil the growth and revenue goals of the organization
• Establish and implement short and long range goals –seasonal plans as well as 3-5 year growth plans and strategies
• Responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume by developing unique product strategies and seasonal financial plans for each account
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies against goals, taking into account ROI
• Manage shippable budget seasonally (four times per year) to mitigate excess inventory risk; Co-op marketing budgets and markdown budgets to maximize profitability
• Collaborate and partner to build strong relationships with senior management at key accounts to grow the business.
• Develop new product ideas/ concepts to fill white space within the department store channel domestically
• Initiate new business development in non-traditional channels
• Stay abreast of emerging trends; monitor changing landscape at retail and adjust strategies accordingly
• Train, develop, motivate and lead sales team
• Attract and retain talent
• Collaborate with Brand team (teamwork)- Design, Planning, Marketing and Retail Development
• Create bench strength through knowledge transfer
• Deliver on key financial metrics - grow sales, inventory management, gross profit
• Successfully execute strategies that drive business
• Grow the business year over year
