Workers Compensation Attorney
We are a top firm seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join its established Atlanta office. With more than 50 years of excellence in insurance defense litigation, the firm is recognized for providing strategic, cost-effective legal representation to insurance carriers, self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and businesses throughout the Southeast.Â
The Atlanta office features a well-established workers' compensation practice led by experienced attorneys handling complex claims across Georgia.

What You'll Do
-Manage a caseload of Georgia workers' compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.
-Represent employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured entities before the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation.
-Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
-Provide timely legal analysis, litigation strategy, and case evaluations to clients.
-Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence.
-Collaborate with experienced attorneys while maintaining autonomy over your practice.

Qualifications
-J.D. from an accredited law school.
-Active membership in the Georgia Bar.
-2+ years of workers' compensation, preferably defense work.-
-Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
-Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
