Workers Comp Attorney Role:


Our client, a growing law firm representing different corporations throughout Orange County and Los Angeles is looking for a solid workers comp attorney:


  • Represent clients in workers' compensation claims, including case evaluation, settlement negotiations, and appearances at hearings and trials.
  • Must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Experience in litigation or a strong desire to learn and grow in a litigation-focused role is essential.
  • Prepare and respond to discovery, draft legal documents, and manage case files through all stages of litigation.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff in a team-oriented, fast-growing firm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude required.
