Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workers Comp Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of workers' compensation claims, providing expert legal guidance and representation to clients in defense matters. The position requires a strong understanding of litigation processes and the ability to navigate complex legal issues in workers' compensation law.
Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and litigation
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of workers' compensation laws and regulations
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Attend hearings and trials in court
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
