Job description

We are hiring an HR Assistant Specialist with Driving for an onsite contract opportunity in West Yarmouth, MA. This role supports HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, ATS/VMS administration, and workforce planning.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: HR Assistant Specialist with Driving

  • Location: West Yarmouth, MA 02673

  • Duration: June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

  • Pay Rate: $30.60/hour on W2

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

  • Manage ATS/VMS requisitions and coordinate with hiring managers.

  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews.

  • Generate HR and workforce planning reports.

  • Provide system support and training to HR teams.

  • Collaborate with MSP and HR teams to support recruiting processes.

  • Travel locally using a personal vehicle as needed (approved mileage reimbursed).

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or HR coordination experience.

  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS.

  • Experience with VMS/MSP tools, preferably IQ Navigator (IQN).

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable with HR reporting and administrative responsibilities.
