The Department of Management (MGMT) is a diverse department at the Oregon Institute of Technology. Position Summary
Oregon Tech is Accepting Applications for Adjunct Instructors to teach undergraduate information technology courses for the Department of Management.
The Department of Management at the Klamath Falls campus of Oregon Tech (Oregon Institute of Technology) is recruiting a pool of persons for possible part-time Adjunct teaching positions. Qualified applicants may be invited to serve as instructors for courses across the Information Technology program including, C#.NET, Python, SQL Server, Windows Server, Systems Analysis Methodologies, big data methodologies, and data analytics.
This pool will be accessed when an opening or need arises as early as April 2023. Your credentials will remain active as long as the pool position is available but no more than two years. After two years, if you are still interested, you must reapply to the most current adjunct pool.

  • Master's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Experience teaching

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Canvas or a similar Learning Management System (e.g., Blackboard)
  • Experience using virtual meeting and collaboration tools for teaching, such as Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams
