This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in both your work schedule and location, while remaining integrated with our professional team. You will engage with clients primarily through virtual platforms, participating in telehealth sessions that provide a safe and confidential space for therapeutic engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a robust understanding of their needs.
• Implement individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care strategies.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that outline clear goals and interventions, consistently updating them based on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning to clients in acute distress or facing significant challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing clients’ knowledge and coping strategies related to their mental health and substance use.

Our clients range across the spectrum of ages and backgrounds, many facing complex issues related to substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals who are actively seeking help to overcome disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Your role will be pivotal in not only addressing their immediate therapeutic needs but also empowering them with tools for long-term recovery and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and how to apply them effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assess client needs and build trust.

• Experience working in detox or addiction recovery settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of community resources for mental health and substance use treatment to support client referrals.
