Candidates must reside in Georgia and have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate video sessions with clients. • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms like Zoom or Doxy.me, ensuring client comfort and confidentiality.
• Perform detailed psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information and facilitate the development of customized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support over virtual platforms, empowering clients to manage acute stress reactions safely.
• Guide clients in navigating digital resources and connecting with local services, further fostering their support networks.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, other therapists, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for our clients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards in every interaction, maintaining trust and security in all client communications.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Your approach will be client-centered, respecting their individual needs, backgrounds, and unique situations. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• An active LCSW license in Georgia is mandatory to practice in this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health or social services is essential for success in this role.
• Strong familiarity with telehealth best practices and prior experience in providing virtual therapy are highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and various crisis intervention techniques.
• Excellent technology skills, especially with telehealth and EHR software, to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A private and professional workspace conducive to conducting therapy sessions effectively.

• Experience using telehealth particularly for therapy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms, is preferred.
• Prior collaboration within multidisciplinary teams focusing on mental health care will be viewed favorably.
