• Perform detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to ascertain mental health needs, identify social determinants affecting well-being, and establish treatment goals tailored to individual circumstances.
• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a broad spectrum of mental health and psychosocial issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that contribute to a collective healing process, focusing on peer support, education, and shared experiences that promote mental wellness.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust customized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and document treatment interventions effectively to track client progress.
• Provide critical crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure clients have access to the resources that will support their immediate needs.
• Advocate vigorously for clients' rights and ease their navigation through healthcare and community resources, enhancing access to essential services.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes, while adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards pertaining to client privacy.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity towards a diverse client population is highly valued.

Adore Health offers a competitive salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
