Job description

Legal Relationship Manager (Paralegal Experience Required)

Remote | Part-Time | 10โ€“15 Hours Per Week

Woven Legal is seeking a Legal Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our attorney clients and our Virtual Legal Professionals.

This position is ideal for an experienced paralegal or legal professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping attorneys and legal teams succeed.

Candidates must have prior experience working in a law firm as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Litigation Assistant, Case Manager, or similar legal support professional. Applicants without legal industry experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned law firm clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and legal teams.
  • Conduct regular client and contractor check-ins to ensure successful engagements.
  • Support and coach Virtual Legal Professionals throughout their assignments.
  • Help resolve communication, workflow, and performance challenges.
  • Partner with the Placement Team on onboarding and engagement success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
  • Maintain CRM records, engagement notes, and client documentation.
  • Assist with engagement changes, contract modifications, and invoicing support.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous law firm experience required.
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows and attorney expectations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client relationships in a remote environment.
  • Experience working directly with attorneys and legal staff.

This is a flexible, fully remote position averaging approximately 10โ€“15 hours per week.
