Job Description:
The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring the front office runs smoothly by delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, employees, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls while handling general inquiries.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting logistics.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain inventory of office and reception supplies.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and presentation-ready.
- Partner with facilities and office support teams to maintain seamless daily operations.
- Respond promptly to employee and visitor requests, escalating concerns when appropriate.
- Assist with tracking operational metrics and preparing monthly reports.
- Provide administrative support for office initiatives, meetings, and special events as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of receptionist, front desk, or office support experience.
- Previous experience in a professional corporate office environment required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional education is a plus.
