Location: Leesburg, VA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Our client, a small financial advisory firm, is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join their close-knit team. This is a fully onsite position supporting a team and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate, detailed messages
  • Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
