Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking an energetic individual for the Full-Time Receptionist/Cafe Concierge position. As the Receptionist and Concierge, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goal-oriented. If you are professional, have integrity, love people, and like to get things done, apply today! We are hiring for day and evenings/weekends. Must be available to work ANY shift - days, afternoons, evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Other duties assigned
  • Maintain Cafe Duties including: Prepare beverages and snacks for the store customers, such as prepackaged foods and coffee.
  • Maintain and clean the store, inventory and stocking.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures.
  • Handle cash and record customers' orders information accurately.

Requirements
  • Must be available to work ANY shift - days, afternoons, evenings and weekends
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Must have Previous Receptionist or Customer Service experience
  • A professional appearance
  • A clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
  • Previous Automotive experience a plus!
