Admiral Health & Rehab is under new managment and is now a Vierra Communities property! We are seeking an Evening Receptionist Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and employees, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate personnel. By performing these duties with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, the Receptionist supports smooth daily operations and enhances overall office productivity. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the positive image and operational efficiency of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with office software and copy machines.
Responsibilities:
