About the job Junior Virtual Receptionist
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Virtual Receptionist. This is a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and distribute incoming emails and faxes
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while providing exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned
