• The Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs within the client account, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations
• Responsible for defining program roadmaps, milestones, and delivery timelines while ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and schedule commitments
• Drive proactive risk identification, issue resolution, and mitigation planning, with timely escalation to leadership when required.
• Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders (Director/VP level), ensuring transparent communication through periodic status reports and governance forums
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration across onsite/offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation, Agile practices, and data-driven insights to enhance delivery efficiency.
