Now Hiring: Part-Time Secretary / Office Assistant

Precision Powdercoating is looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Part-Time Secretary / Office Assistant to join our team! If you enjoy staying organized, helping customers, supporting a busy team, and providing great customer service, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday9:00 AM – 4:30 PMApproximately 30 hours per week

Pay

$18-19 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet customers, vendors, and visitors
  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries
  • Enter customer orders and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare paperwork for production
  • Schedule appointments and organize calendars
  • File paperwork and maintain office organization
  • Assist with invoicing and general administrative tasks
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Support the operations team with day-to-day office duties
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Other office duties as assigned
