We are seeking a skilled virtual assistant to help us with scheduling, communications, research, travel, and other administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate will have some experience in administrative or executive support, enjoy completing a variety of tasks, and have outstanding communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Execute additional administrative tasks such as data entry, light bookkeeping, and online research as requested
  • Make travel arrangements, handle logistics, and take care of accommodations as needed
  • Schedule reschedule, and confirm meetings, and complete other calendar management tasks as needed
  • Post regularly on social media accounts and perform simple website updates, such as FAQs on Wordpress sites, blogs, or other platforms
  • Direct email management tasks including writing, proofreading, and sending emails - update contact lists as needed

Qualifications:
  • Computer proficiency (intermediate), especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is essential
  • Work with little to no supervision on a variety of projects and produce consistent, high-quality work
  • Years of experience (1-2) as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, office assistant, or executive assistant is necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent is needed; some college is an asset
