Leasing Engagement Specialist I500+ Unit Multifamily Community | West Las Vegas, NV

National Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC, in coordination with Blue Summit, is seeking a motivated and service-driven Leasing Engagement Specialist I for a large 500+ unit multifamily community located in West Las Vegas.

This role is ideal for an energetic leasing professional who enjoys connecting with prospects, supporting residents, driving traffic, closing leases, and helping create a strong first impression for the community. The community includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, lifestyle amenities, modernized interiors, on-site maintenance, and convenient access to major Las Vegas transportation corridors, shopping, dining, employment centers, and recreation.

Position Summary

The Leasing Engagement Specialist I is responsible for supporting leasing activity, prospect engagement, resident communication, tours, follow-up, application processing, move-in coordination, renewals support, and overall resident experience.

This position requires strong customer service, sales ability, organization, follow-through, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for prospects and residents from first contact through move-in and beyond.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Greet prospects, residents, vendors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, online platforms, and in person.
  • Conduct property tours, apartment tours, amenity presentations, and virtual leasing appointments.
  • Present apartment features, community amenities, pricing, availability, lease terms, and application requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to convert traffic into applications and leases.
  • Support leasing goals, occupancy targets, renewal efforts, and resident retention.
  • Assist with application processing, screening coordination, lease preparation, move-in documentation, and file accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate guest cards, prospect notes, traffic records, availability updates, and leasing activity in the property management system.
  • Support move-in preparation, welcome communications, resident onboarding, and new resident experience.
  • Assist with resident communication, service follow-up, renewal outreach, notices, and general office support.
  • Help monitor online listings, pricing accuracy, marketing materials, signage, and curb appeal presentation.
  • Walk available apartments, models, amenities, and common areas to ensure tour readiness.
  • Partner with maintenance and management teams regarding apartment readiness, resident concerns, and service follow-up.
  • Participate in outreach marketing, resident events, leasing campaigns, and community engagement efforts.
  • Follow company policies, Fair Housing requirements, lease standards, privacy practices, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Promote a professional, positive, accountable, and service-focused leasing environment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Prior leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or multifamily experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
  • Ability to present pricing, availability, lease terms, and community features accurately and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prospects, applications, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Ability to use email, phones, texting platforms, online leasing tools, property management software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as needed to support leasing operations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior multifamily leasing experience preferred.
  • Experience with large apartment communities preferred.
  • Experience with property management software, CRM platforms, online leasing tools, and digital communication systems preferred.
  • Sales, hospitality, or customer engagement experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements

This position may require walking the property, touring apartments and amenities, climbing stairs, standing for periods of time, using office equipment, lifting light office or marketing materials, and working indoors and outdoors during property tours.

Compensation

Pay range is TBD based on experience. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, leasing experience, customer service background, sales ability, and alignment with the needs of the community.
