We're seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Wauwatosa area. In this role, you'll be the first impression of our community, helping prospective residents navigate the leasing process while contributing to occupancy and retention goals.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour + Commission
What You'll Do
  • Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features.
  • Convert prospect inquiries into signed leases through effective sales and follow-up techniques.
  • Respond to leasing leads generated through phone, email, online portals, and walk-in traffic.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and resident records within property management software and CRM systems.
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
  • Prepare lease documents and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Support marketing efforts, social media initiatives, and local outreach events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor communities to identify leasing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure apartment readiness and resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in residential apartment leasing, multifamily housing, property management, or apartment operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of the apartment leasing cycle, including prospect management, lease execution, and renewals.
  • Experience utilizing property management software, CRM platforms, and digital leasing tools.
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing practices.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required.
