Job Role: SAP FICO – Lease Management
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
 
 
NOTE:SAP FICO candidate should have Lease management mandatory 
 
Job Description:
Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA CLM and RE-FX modules to manage lease contracts, valuation parameters, and posting rules.
Ensure lease accounting compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 (lease valuations, right-of-use assets, liabilities, postings, and reporting).
Identify and implement automation/process improvements within SAP Lease Management.
Provide end-user training and support for Finance and Real Estate teams.
Manage integrations with SAP FI, CO, and AA modules for data consistency.
Develop reports and dashboards on lease commitments, expenses, and key metrics.
Maintain lease-related master data accuracy.
 
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA CLM and/or SAP RE-FX.
In-depth knowledge of IFRS 16 & ASC 842 standards.
Strong FICO knowledge with integration points across modules.
Experience with Signavio, ARIS, Visio, Central Finance, Public Cloud Finance.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 
Experience Level:
Consultant: 3–5 years with RE-FX or CLM, full-cycle implementation preferred.
Senior/Lead: 5–10+ years, with project leadership and mentoring experience.
