Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to rental inquiries
  • Showing and renting apartments
  • Qualifying applicants
  • Preparation of lease paperwork and conduct lease signings
  • Follow up with phone calls and e-mails to potential residents
  • Providing excellent customer service to current residents
  • Responsible for lease renewal process with all current residents
  • Assist in advertising and marketing efforts
  • Assist Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness and supplies for club room, fitness center, and vestibule


Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Perform quality work within deadlines
  • Interact in a professional, timely manner with residents, prospects, co-workers and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills required
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills required
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word Office as well as general computer skills
  • Previous real estate software experience preferred
  • 1+ year experience in customer service
  • Previous leasing experience preferred
