A Virtual GIS (Geographic Information System) refers to a digital platform or environment where geographic data can be created, visualized, analyzed, and managed remotely. Unlike traditional GIS, which may require physical presence or on-premise software, a Virtual GIS allows users to access and work with spatial data from anywhere using cloud-based tools or remote desktop applications.
