Front Desk Receptionist

Berkshire Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 175-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to improving our residents' quality of life through exceptional clinical care, compassionate service, and innovative rehabilitation programs. We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in West Babylon.

As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Provide general information and assist visitors.

  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
