Front Desk Receptionist
Holiday Inn Express – Dyersburg, TN
Pay: $11.00 – $12.00 per hour
Schedule:Part-time | 2nd shift- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, working from 3:00pm-11:00pm. This is a second shift position.
Every weekend required | On-site position

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take messages
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate reservation and guest records
  • Assist with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, filing, and email correspondence
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and fully stocked with materials
  • Provide top-tier customer service throughout the guest’s stay
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs quickly and efficiently
