About the Role


A professionally managed high-rise condominium community in Portland is seeking a dependable, personable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our weekend team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents and guests, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a welcoming residential environment.

The property is professionally managed by Dirigo Property Management.

There may also be opportunities for additional weekday hours to assist with vacation and sick-day coverage.


Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Receive, log, and organize resident packages and deliveries
  • Coordinate and manage guest parking reservations
  • Deliver newspapers to residents
  • Answer general questions and direct more complex inquiries to the Property Manager
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Provide general assistance and support to residents as needed
