DAY TO DAY AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

As an entry-level Front Desk Receptionist, you are the friendly face that greets everyone who enters our senior living facility. You answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate person. You also greet senior living residents, guests, and staff as they come in, making sure to provide them with any assistance they need.

Other office tasks you perform include filing important documents, taking meal orders, receiving packages, and sorting mail. You help keep the reception area clean and neat, ensuring that our visitors have a positive first impression of our senior living facility. With your exceptional organizational and communication skills, you're an integral part of our team. It's a busy part-time role, and you wouldn't have it any other way. You love keeping busy and interacting with others!
