Front Desk Receptionist – Skilled Nursing Facility

Livingston Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center is actively seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Hudson, NY.

Schedule:

  • 8- or 12-hour shifts Weekend only 

  • Every or Every other weekend and some holidays required


Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow front desk protocols for all visitors and guests

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Operate paging and telephone systems as needed

  • Maintain familiarity with established emergency procedures

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and visitor-ready


Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong computer proficiency

  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

  • Pleasant and courteous phone manner

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
